5 years agoAtlanta Falcons wide receiver Christian Blake stepped up for the team in a big way on Thanksgiving against the Saints. After catching only four passes all year coming into the game, Blake wound up with six catches for 57 yards on nine targets in Week 13. He tied with Russell Gage for second on the team in targets behind Calvin Ridley, who had 10. The team was without Julio Jones (shoulder) and Austin Hooper (back) in the game, which provided Blake for the opportunity to step up. Blake is worth watching if Jones and Hooper remain out, but both could be back next week as they have a long week of rest to recover.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
