3 years agoHouston Rockets center Christian Wood (knee) and shooting guard Armoni Brooks (ankle) have been tagged as questionable to play in Saturday's game against the Pistons. Wood has been sidelined for the past two outings due to left knee tendinitis, while Brooks was limited to just nine minutes Thursday after dealing with a sore left ankle. Wood has been an integral part of Houston's offense this season, averaging 16.5 points per game, while pitching in a career-high 11.1 boards as well. A matchup Saturday with Detroit would allow him to face off with his former team, which first gave him a glimpse at a starting gig back in 2019-20.
