4 years agoHouston Rockets center Christian Wood had a rough night with a 3-for-11 shooting against New Orleans on Sunday, but he still managed to pick up a double-double in a 122-115 loss with 15 points and 12 rebounds. He notched most of his points from the charity stripe, going 8-for-13. Wood was 1-for-6 from downtown and capped things off with three assists and one steal. He'll look to bounce back in Monday's battle with the Suns. The 25-year-old has looked great in the couple of games he has played on zero rest days, shooting 60 percent from the field, although the matchup against Phoenix is a pretty uncomfortable one, with the Suns boasting a good defensive efficiency and playing at a slow pace.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
