7 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers first baseman Cody Bellinger looked more like himself on Tuesday, going 1-for-4 with a solo home run and a strikeout in a 5-0 win over the Pirates. The 22-year-old hit a mammoth HR to straightaway center field off of Tyler Glasnow in the sixth inning. He also made a leaping catch for the final out of the game. Bellinger has been massively disappointing this season after being crowned the National League Rookie of the Year in 2017. Perhaps dropping Bellinger to seventh in the lineup will help motivate him or relieve potential stress, but fantasy owners will take improvements from him any way they can at this point. Hopefully this performance can help him get things back on the right track.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
