Cody Bellinger Remains Sidelined On Monday
3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers outfielder Cody Bellinger (hamstring) will miss his third straight game with an injured hamstring on Monday versus the Philadelphia Phillies. Bellinger suffered the injury on Friday and hasn't appeared in a game since. Bellinger was expected to return on Sunday, but he didn't and it's not encouraging that he will also miss Monday's contest. Bellinger has been banged up a lot this season and managers have every reason to be frustrated with their big investment. Bellinger is hitting just .226 with one home run and 10 RBI in 62 at-bats. Bellinger will be replaced in the outfield by infielder/outfielder Zach McKinstry. McKinstry will bat eighth versus Spencer Howard. McKinstry only has five hits over his last 26 at-bats and is a dart throw in DFS on Monday.
