5 years agoCharlotte Hornets center Cody Zeller held his own on Sunday and continued his excellent start to the season as he scored 19 points and grabbed 14 rebounds in the 19-point loss to the Lakers. Zeller connected on a sizzling nine of 13 shooting and did not stop there as he added three steals with three blocks in 29 minutes as he was the only Hornets' player to be on the positive side of the plus/minus with a plus-3. Zeller did receive an elbow from Anthony Davis that resulted in stitches but returned without any issues. He also knocked down a three and if he continues this, we could easily see him in the top-85 this season.--Gianni Costantiello
