3 years agoOrlando Magic point guard Cole Anthony (toe) and shooting guard Jalen Suggs (ankle) have been ruled out for Sunday's game vs. Miami, ending their season. After a strong start to the season, Anthony averaged just 13 PPG during the second half, while Suggs was largely beset with injuries over the season's final month-plus. Without the duo in the mix Sunday, Markelle Fultz and R.J. Hampton figure to see sizable minutes totals. Anthony concludes the year having averaged 16.3 points, 5.7 assists, and 5.4 boards, while Suggs scuffled from the field in his rookie campaign, shooting 36.1% overall and 21.4% from behind the arc. Both figure to factor prominently in Orlando's backcourt for at least the 2022-23 season.--Jesse Borek
