6 years agoCleveland Cavaliers point guard Collin Sexton had an eerily similar performance during Thursday’s loss to the San Antonio Spurs as he did to Tuesday’s meeting with the Boston Celtics. For the second consecutive outing, the rookie notched 24 points, three assists, two rebounds and shot 3-for-7 from behind the three-point line. Sexton has now gone for 20 or more points in 10 of his last 11 games, scoring at will in March to the tune of 22.5 points per game. He ties a bow around the month Saturday versus the Los Angeles Clippers, who have had difficulty checking opposing guards in 2018-19.--Jesse Borek
