5 years agoCleveland Cavaliers guard Collin Sexton tallied 19 points, six rebounds, two steals, two blocks, an assist, and a triple in a 115-112 win over the Detroit Pistons. Sexton righted the ship after struggling offensively in his last contest. He's been an improved scorer and defender this year, improving on his rookie numbers in both points and steals. If there's any concern with Sexton, it's the fact that he averages nearly as many turnovers, 2.0, as assists, 2.3. Still, it doesn't help that Darius Garland, another point guard, is in the picture. Sexton and the Cavaliers will take on one of the NBA's better defensive teams, the Denver Nuggets, on Saturday.--Tim Capurso
