4 years agoCleveland Cavaliers guard Collin Sexton exploded for a career-high 42 points in a 147-135 overtime victory over the Nets. Sexton was having himself a solid game- and then the contest went into overtime. He proceeded to score 20 straight points in two overtime periods, single-handedly carrying Cleveland to victory. The 22-year-old added a full line, with five boards, five assists, five treys, two steals, and a block in 38 minutes. What a return to action it was for Sexton, who had missed the previous five games with an ankle sprain. He'll try to follow up on this performance against these same Nets on Friday.--Tim Capurso
