5 years agoMinnesota Vikings running back Dalvin Cook has been pretty close to unstoppable this season. The third-year back is rushing for 102.9 yards per game and leads the NFL with nine rushing touchdowns in what's shaping up to be a two-man race for the "Best Fantasy RB" title with Christian McCaffrey. He gets to face off with the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 9, a team that is currently ranked 30th in rush defense DVOA (Defense-adjusted Value Over Average) and has allowed the third-most rushing yards per game (145) and second-most rushing touchdowns (10) this season. This game projects to be a shootout and the Vikings will again lean on their breakout star running back, so keep plugging Cook in as your RB1 and expect big results in Week 9.
