Damian Jones Out Indefinitely With Injury
6 years agoGolden State Warriors center Damian Jones will be shelved indefinitely due to a torn left pectoral muscle that he suffered during Saturday’s game against the Detroit Pistons. Jones has started 22 of the Warriors’ 24 games this season, but has averaged just 17.1 minutes per night, serving primarily as a dire DFS play. It appears that the return of DeMarcus Cousins isn’t entirely that far off, so Kevon Looney and Jordan Bell seem like the likely candidates to step into the starting center spot for the time being.
