5 years agoPortland Trail Blazers point guard Damian Lillard scored a game-high 34 points in Sunday's 122-111 loss to Miami, shooting 11-for-22 from the field and 6-for-12 from downtown. He also had three steals, while playing a massive 42 minutes. Lillard was forced to work overtime after C.J. McCollum (illness) was ruled out of the contest. Dame has been a very bad man since the Knicks limited him to just 11 points on Jan. 1, dropping 30-plus points in back-to-back outings. He has to overcome a very difficult matchup to continue the streak, as the Blazers resume their five-game road trip in Toronto. The Raptors have done some incredible defensive work this season, and that includes limiting Lillard to just nine points in the first matchup of the season on Nov. 13.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
