6 years agoPortland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard had a low-production game on Wednesday night, as his minutes were minimized late in the game due to his team winning easily. The 28-year-old guard logged 28 minutes against the Bulls on Wednesday, lower than his usual average of around 35 minutes a game. In this lower usage, Lillard only managed 11 points on disappointing 3-for-12 shooting from the field, and 1-for-6 from three. Some slight redemption in his night was his non-scoring production, as Lillard tallied six boards and seven assists. Lillard and his squad are back in action on Friday night against the Atlanta Hawks, who host the worst defense in the NBA.--Matthew.McGough
