4 years agoPortland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard (knee) was unable to finish out the first round series versus the Los Angeles Lakers. He suffered a right knee sprain, but the Blazers medical staff does not believe it will be a long-term issue. The Blazers are now eliminated, so Lillard will get plenty of time to rest and recover for next season. He's coming off an absolute monster season and should be a top-5 fantasy target going into next season.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
