6 years agoPortland Trail Blazer guard Damian Lillard scored 24 points on 8-for-20 shooting on Friday in the solid 128-112 win over the Pelicans. Lillard connected on two of his nine attempts from three and added five rebounds with eight assists to go along with a steal in 37 minutes of action. Lillard had not missed a free throw since January 5th as he made six of eight in this one to end his streak and is shooting a spectacular 94.1% from the line in January. The Trail Blazers get the weekend off before returning to the hardwood on Monday to match up against the hot Jazz team.--Gianni Costantiello
