5 years agoPortland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard (chest) ended Sunday's loss with a monster line of 30 points and a season-high 16 assists along with five triples. Lillard started the game shaky, just like on Friday, but caught fire to help lead a furious comeback for the Blazers. He's dealing with chest and foot injuries and still putting up big numbers, which is a bad sign for his next few opponents when he gets right. The 29-year-old will get a much-needed day off Monday after playing 89 minutes in two games. Tuesday brings a crucial matchup against the Rockets, who surrendered a triple-double to Lillard back in January.--Tim Capurso
