5 years agoPortland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard connected on a go-ahead three-point play in the dying moments to help secure his club's win. Lillard connected on 9-for-21 shooting to score 27 points and added five assists with four turnovers in 37 minutes of action. Lillard is averaging a career-high 7.4 assists a night and has seen this number increase in four straight seasons. He continues to improve and it looks like the Trail Blazers are turning things around, which is good for owners to avoid any potential 'shutdown' status for the All-Star.--Gianni Costantiello
