4 years agoPortland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard scored 30 points with nine assists, five treys, and four rebounds in a 104-101 loss to the Rockets. Lillard was much more efficient in this outing than his last, making 11 of 23 shots, including 5 of 11 from beyond the arc. The star guard has had to take on more of the offensive load with C.J. McCollum sidelined, as he has put up at least 22 shot attempts and scored at least 30 points in five of his last seven games. Lillard will have a great chance to score 30-plus again on Saturday night against the Bulls, the third-worst defensive team in the league in terms of points allowed.--Tim Capurso
