3 years agoPortland Trail Blazers point guard Damian Lillard (abdominal) will miss at least the next four games due to lower abdominal tendinopathy, it was announced Tuesday. Lillard has battled the ailment during the early portion of the year, with it most recently keeping him sidelined Tuesday. The team has only revealed that it will reevaluate Lillard in 10 days, making a true timeline to a return murky. Anfernee Simons stands to see an increased workload in Lillard's absence and should earn season-long consideration in all formats as a short-term stream option. Additionally, C.J. McCollum and Jusuf Nurkic can be eyed as upside DFS plays without Lillard, as the team will need to replace the 21.5 points and 7.8 assists that he delivers on a nightly basis.
