Dane Dunning Hit Around By Twins
3 years agoTexas Rangers starting pitcher Dane Dunning did not look like himself during Sunday's loss to the Minnesota Twins. Dunning went four innings, allowing a career-high 10 hits, while surrendering three earned runs. It's also worth noting that he walked two batters and struck out five over the course of his outing on Sunday. Despite this rough outing, Dunning is posting a 4.71 ERA, 1.54 WHIP and 71/23 K/BB ratio through 14 starts this season. His next scheduled start is against the Kansas City Royals on Friday. This should be a nice rebound matchup for Dunning, so hopefully he'll be a better streaming option for that game.
