6 years agoBrooklyn Nets point guard D'Angelo Russell was hot from downtown on Wednesday against Denver, shooting 6-for-9 on his way to 27 points. He also had 11 assists and six rebounds, while his overall shooting stood at 10-for-23. Russell has upped his production massively since the turn of the year, and he's in a prime spot for another big night on Friday. Brooklyn will host the Bulls, who are 24th in defensive rating and have done especially poorly against opposing point guards, allowing 23.2 points per 48 minutes.
