4 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves point/shooting guard D'Angelo Russell (quad) has been bumped up to questionable to play in Wednesday's contest versus the Warriors as he continues to battle a quad bruise. Russell's absence over the last two games has allowed Ricky Rubio to enter the starting five, although a minutes restriction has loomed over his fantasy intrigue. Without Karl-Anthony Towns (COVID-19) in the mix, Russell would presumably have an increased offensive role should he be cleared to face his former team. Check back prior to tip-off to get the final word on Russell's status, but with the game being the latest contest on Wednesday's DFS slate, fantasy managers will want to have a backup plan in place.--Jesse Borek
