D'Angelo Russell Makes A Quarter Of His Shots
6 years agoBrooklyn Nets point guard D'Angelo Russell had a less than stellar performance Thursday versus the Portland Trail Blazers. Russell scored 14 points going four for sixteen from the field and four for six from the free-throw line. In the outing, Thursday Russell also tallied eight assists and four boards. Thursday's game seems to be more of an outlier than the norm as in the previous six contests Russell had averaged 25.8 points and 8.3 assists. The next opponent for the Nets and Russell will be the Charlotte Hornets on Saturday. The Hornets have the tenth worst defensive rating in the NBA so expect Russell to have a bounce-back performance on Saturday.
