D'Angelo Russell Puts Up 34 Points Against The Celtics
6 years agoBrooklyn Nets guard D'Angelo Russell continued his excellent play as of late when he went off for 34 points in the win over the Celtics on Monday. Russell connected on 13 of 26 shots and added seven triples with seven assists, five rebounds with a steal and a block, although he did commit five turnovers. He dominated the matchup against Terry Rozier who got the start with Kyrie Irving (quad) out and is putting up 27.7 points, 6.7 assists and 4.7 rebounds over his last three games. Russell looks to finally be playing like the point guard we expected and it is showing up in the form of wins for his Nets' squad.
