D'Angelo Russell Remains Unavailable Tuesday
4 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves point/shooting guard D'Angelo Russell (leg) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game versus the Lakers, marking his fourth straight absence due to a sore left leg. Ricky Rubio will presumably continue to hold down the starting PG spot for Minnesota in Russell's absence, while Jordan McLaughlin gets increased run with the second unit. Russell has been hampered by multiple lower-body injuries over the last month, which have severely dampened his season-long fantasy intrigue despite his 19.3 PPG average. His next chance to take the floor comes Wednesday against Indiana.
