5 years agoGolden State Warriors point/shooting guard D'Angelo Russell caught fire from long range during Saturday’s defeat to the Dallas Mavericks, going 9-for-14 from behind the three-point arc, tying his career high in makes from deep. Russell’s 35 points were his second most this season, adding six assists and four rebounds across his 30 minutes for good measure. He has now gone for at least 20 points in each of his last six games and should continue to see nearly unparalleled usage in the Golden State offense moving forward. His DFS price tag is likely to rise rapidly ahead of Tuesday’s meeting versus San Antonio, a squad that he dropped 30 points against in their last meeting Nov. 1.--Jesse Borek
