D'Angelo Russell Won't Play On Thursday
3 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves guard D'Angelo Russell (shin) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Detroit Pistons. This marks the fourth game in a row that Russell has missed due to a left shin contusion. Patrick Beverley is expected to move into the starting five and have an increased role. Anthony Edwards should see more usage as well without Russell on the court. Both players appear to be worth a look as DFS options for Thursday's slate. Beverley could be a strong streaming option with Russell sidelined once again.
