4 years agoWashington Wizards center Daniel Gafford (ankle) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Hornets. The recently-acquired Gafford suffered the ankle sprain during Monday's game and couldn't return to the contest. He experienced some swelling postgame, which likely prompted the team to rest him for the second half of the back-to-back. Gafford's absence should mean more opportunities for Alex Len and Robin Lopez in the frontcourt. Len has had some solid games when he's seen increased run this year.--Tim Capurso
