5 years agoOklahoma City Thunder small/power forward Danilo Gallinari tied his season high by shooting 70 percent from the floor during Friday’s win over the Atlanta Hawks. He needed just 28 minutes of action to compile 25 points on 7-for-10 shooting, including going 4-for-6 from behind the arc. In addition to knocking down all seven free throws that he attempted, Gallinari capped off one of his better performances of the season by adding six rebounds and three assists. Even with two absences sprinkled in, January has been an electric month of scoring for Gallinari, who is averaging 21.7 points and shooting 45.7 percent from long range across 11 games.--Jesse Borek
