7 years agoKansas City Royals starting pitcher Danny Duffy had a dreadful outing Sunday. Pitching in Cleveland was always going to be tough, but Sunday saw Duffy give up nine earned runs in just 3 1/3 innings. Duffy's ERA now sits at 6.51 and he is giving up 2.3 home runs per nine innings pitched. In this outing Duffy did not help himself, walking five and striking out just two. He now has 22 walks and 41 strikeouts in 47 innings in 2018. At this point Duffy is impossible to own in even the deepest of leagues.--Ben Rolfe
