4 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers shooting guard Danny Green had no mercy against his former team the Lakers on Thursday, scoring a game-high 28 points in a 109-101 win. He was a sizzling 8-for-12 from downtown and 9-for-14 overall from the field with five rebounds, two blocks and one assist. Green has now scored in double figures seven times in his past eight outings, and he's averaging some good defensive stats as well, notching 1.6 steals and 1.2 blocks this month. The Sixers are rolling even with Joel Embiid (knee) out, and they will face the Clippers next on Saturday.
