5 years agoCleveland Cavaliers point/shooting guard Dante Exum has been ruled out for Saturday’s game versus the Denver Nuggets due to an illness. Exum’s absence will extend to three contests, as he went for a career-best 28 points in his last appearance Sunday. With Kevin Porter Jr. (knee) also on the shelf, Brandon Knight has seen increased minutes and offensive usage as of late, a role he figures to reprise Saturday with Exum again sidelined. His next chance to get back onto the floor comes Monday against the Lakers.--Jesse Borek
