4 years agoCleveland Cavaliers point guards Darius Garland (shoulder) and Dante Exum (calf) have been ruled out for Wednesday's game versus Orlando. The absence of the duo paves the way for Collin Sexton to take on another considerable offensive workload, while handling the vast majority of ball-handling duties. Damyean Dotson is likely to remain among the starting five, thereby drawing some DFS appeal. Without Garland or Exum on the floor, the Cavs' rotations are likely going to trend toward multi-forward lineups. The next chance that either will have to return to action comes Thursday against the Grizzlies.--Jesse Borek
