2 years agoCleveland Cavaliers point guard Darius Garland (back) has been ruled out for Thursday's contest against the Pistons, with a multi-game absence seeming imminent. Garland has battled lower back soreness throughout February, with the team announcing that he will undergo treatment and rehab following the latest bout. With Caris LeVert (foot) also down for the time being, Rajon Rondo figures to garner short-term season-long fantasy appeal. The Cavs play every other day for nearly the next two weeks, so fantasy managers will want to check back for the latest updates to Garland's status.--Jesse Borek
