Darius Garland Won't Play Against Charlotte
3 years agoUpdating an earlier report, Cleveland Cavaliers guard Darius Garland (ankle) has been downgraded to out against the Hornets on Friday night. The 21-year-old sprained his ankle during the opening night loss to the Memphis Grizzlies and had been riding a questionable tag ever since. His next chance to make it back will come on Saturday night against the Atlanta Hawks. However, in the meantime, Ricky Rubio's stock will increase for at least one game, and he now has a higher than usual ceiling for all fantasy formats. In addition, Collin Sexton and Jarrett Allen should see a bump in production, with rookie Evan Mobley also in line to potentially benefit.
