6 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans small forward Darius Miller was in Reggie Miller mode in Wednesday's preseason loss to Miami, sinking five triples on his way to 17 points in 24 minutes off the bench. He shot 6-for-9 overall from the field in what was only his second preseason appearance of the year. Miller had struggled with a biceps issue before making his preseason debut last Friday against the Knicks. He's impressed so far, averaging 16 points in 24 minutes and going an unbelievable 10-for-13 (77 percent) from deep.
