6 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers infielder David Freese and second baseman Brian Dozier are both in the starting lineup for Game 4 of the National League Championship Series against Brewers left-hander Gio Gonzalez on Tuesday. Freese is at first base and is batting third, while Dozier is at the keystone and is batting fifth. Joc Pederson, Cody Bellinger and Max Muncy will start on the bench. Freese hit much better against lefties this year and is 6-for-19 in his career against Gonzalez, but he may leave the game early in favor of Muncy. Dozier has a hit in six career at-bats against Gonzalez and hit just .209/.330/.313 with two of his 21 homers against lefties in 2018.
