David Nwaba, Collin Sexton Hold It Down In Cleveland Backcourt
6 years agoCleveland Cavaliers shooting guard David Nwaba made the start in Friday's 119-106 road loss against the Washington Wizards, finishing with 17 points, eight rebounds, two assists and two steals across 29 minutes. He hit 6-for-11 from the field, 2-for-3 from behind the three-point line, and 3-for-4 from the free-throw stripe. Point guard Collin Sexton was good for 27 points on 10-for-18 from the floor, and 3-for-7 from behind the arc. It Nwaba's his best scoring total since he dumped in a season-high 18 points on Nov. 13 against the Charlotte Hornets. Meanwhile, Sexton has back-to-back games with 27 points, nearly double his 14.8 points per game average.
