6 years agoThe Phoenix Suns lost two players to injuries in their blowout loss to the Hornets on Saturday as center Deandre Ayton (ankle) and power forward Richaun Holmes (foot) were ruled out early in the fourth quarter. Neither injury appears serious with Ayton suffering a left ankle sprain. Ayton had one of his worst games of the season, compiling 10 points and two rebounds in 22 minutes. Meanwhile, Holmes had four points along with four rebounds over 14 minutes off the bench. Both players should be considered questionable for Sunday's clash with the Timberwolves. If either player misses any time, Quincy Acy and Dragan Bender could see extended time.--Daniel Benjamin
