6 years agoPhoenix Suns center Deandre Ayton continued his stellar preseason play on Wednesday night. The rookie logged 34 minutes and ended the night scoring 21 points on an impressive 9-for-13 from the field in the win over the New Zealand Breakers. He didn't settle there as he also pulled down 15 boards and also showcased his superior defensive skills by compiling three blocks as well. With guard Devin Booker (hand) out for the foreseeable future, Ayton will have the chance to get heavily involved in the offense, even more so with Booker out of the lineup.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
