6 years agoPhoenix Suns rookie center Deandre Ayton recorded a career-high 33 points which included 12 of 13 shooting for 24 points in the second quarter alone, but it was not enough in the loss. Ayton finished the night shooting 16-for-20 from the floor and added 14 boards with four steals in 39 minutes. Ayton has stepped things up in his last seven games with numbers of 21.9 points, 14.4 boards, 1.6 steals and 1.1 blocks on just under 70% shooting. He is has been an absolute beast in his rookie campaign.--Gianni Costantiello
