5 years agoPhoenix Suns center Deandre Ayton tweaked his ankle on Sunday but managed to play through it as he scored an efficient 18 points in 26 minutes off the bench. Ayton finished the game making nine of his 15 shot attempts and added nine boards while adding two steals and a block in the win over the Hornets. Coach Williams also added that they are bringing Ayton along slowly after being out for 25 games with a suspension and also missing time due to an injury. We can assume he will good to go on Tuesday when his club faces the Hawks but stayed tuned for any setbacks for the second-year big.--Gianni Costantiello
