5 years agoPhoenix Suns center Deandre Ayton recorded 16 points, 14 rebounds, two assists, a steal, and a block in a 117-107 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers. Ayton has missed 30 total games this year, 25 from a suspension as well as five from an injury upon returning from the suspension. In four games, The 21-year-old has averaged 14.5 points, 12.3 rebounds, and 1.5 blocks in just 27.3 minutes per game. Fantasy owners should expect the former Arizona star to crack the starting lineup sooner rather than later, giving him a chance to have more of an impact offensively. Ayton will next play on Friday against the New York Knicks, who have allowed the ninth-most rebounds per game in the league.--Tim Capurso
