De'Andre Hunter Scores 22 Points Versus The Blazers

4 years agoAtlanta Hawks forward De'Andre Hunter scored 22 points in a win over Portland on Saturday to go along with six three-pointers and four rebounds in 38 minutes. The six three-pointers tied a career-high for Hunter, who is coming off an outing in which he drained four attempts from beyond the arc. He's picked up his play as of late, scoring in double figures in seven of his previous eight games. Without Clint Capela, the Hawks are content to trot out a small-ball starting lineup that includes the rookie forward. Without an expected return date for Atlanta's deadline acquisition, expect Hunter to continue taking advantage to finish his first season on a high note.--Daniel Lubofsky - RotoBaller
