3 years agoFree-agent center DeAndre Jordan recently finalized a contract buyout with the Pistons and, upon clearing waivers, is expected to ink a deal with the Lakers. The veteran underwhelmed from a statistical perspective during the 2020-21 campaign while with the Brooklyn Nets, averaging 7.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 1.1 blocks throughout 57 games. However, he could see an uptick in production in Los Angeles, and he will likely see minutes as a member of the starting lineup this season. However, Jordan's health has been an issue over the years, and it's apparent his best days are behind him.
