DeJounte Murray Held Scoreless In Win
7 years agoSan Antonio Spurs point guard Dejounte Murray had the ultimate Jekyll and Hyde performance on Tuesday against Denver, failing to score in 26 minutes but getting 13 rebounds with seven assists and two blocks. Murray had only four field goal attempts and didn't go to the line once. The 6-foot-5 guard has been amazing on the boards lately, averaging 9.3 rebounds across the last five games. You could say that he's the reason LaMarcus Aldridge isn't getting double-doubles anymore, as Murray has been snapping up all of the rebounds. Murray went 6-for-6 in the previous game, so we don't think you'll need to worry about his shot. It was just a bizarre outing overall.
