6 years agoTexas Rangers center fielder Delino DeShields will hit second on Saturday. DeShields has been hitting ninth while trying to break his current cold streak. However, with Adrian Beltre receiving a day off Saturday, DeShields has a chance near the top of the lineup. DeShields doubled in Friday night's game, his first extra-base hit since May 27. Most of DeShields' fantasy value stems from his ability to steal bases, and he had a two-steal performance Wednesday against Oakland to take his tally for the season to 12. As long as DeShields remains in the lineup and is looking to steal, he will continue to have value in fantasy leagues despite hitting just .205 so far this season.--Ben Rolfe
