6 years agoTexas Rangers outfielder Delino DeShields has been placed on the 10-day disabled list with a broken middle finger. DeShields was hit by a pitch while trying to bunt in Friday's games against the Los Angeles Angels. This is DeShields third trip to the DL this season. The regular trips to the DL have not helped DeShields at the plate this season, and may help to explain why he is hitting just .204 this season. Carlos Tocci should become the starting center fielder once again. However, he does not have much fantasy value as he is hitting just .174 this season.--Ben Rolfe
