6 years agoSan Antonio Spurs shooting guard/small forward DeMar DeRozan continued his recent struggles in Sunday's loss to the Clippers as he was limited to eight points on just 4-for-16 shooting from the field. The 29-year-old did add seven rebounds, three assists, one blocked shot, and one steal, as well as four turnovers. It is his fifth time in the nine games this month that he has made 40 percent or less from the field and the seventh time he has failed to tally 20 points. DeRozan is averaging 15.3 points, 7.2 rebounds, 6.7 assists, and 1.2 assists in January. The 10th-year pro will look to bounce back against the 76ers on Wednesday.--Daniel Benjamin
